ABOUT OUR CARAVANS Click here for our 2008 Price List All our caravans are proprietary makes with fridge, microwave, colour T.V, calor gas cookers, a separate room, with flush toilet, showers, and power points fitted as standard. Each caravan is supplied with ample kitchen utensils, china, cutlery, duvets and pillows. Linen is not provided. The caravans are under my personal care and each caravan is checked between 'lets'. Deep sea fishing can be arranged with the local fishermen; small boats may also be hired. To the east and west of the beach rock pools emerge at low tide which provide great adventure for children. The beach is ten minutes walk from the site. Nearest golf, tennis and bowls are at Seaton. A well stocked shop caters for all your needs with groceries, dairy produce, newspapers, etc and is open from Easter until the end of October. A coin operated launderette is provided with washing machines, tumble drier, iron and ironing boards. ONE DOG is welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times on the caravan park and on no account must be left shut up in the caravan. Regret: ALL MALE OR FEMALE PARTIES NOT ACCEPTED. CARAVANS ARE AVAILABLE AT 2.00pm ON DAY OF ARRIVAL, AND YOU ARE ASKED TO VACATE THEM BY 10.30am ON YOUR DAY OF DEPARTURE.

BEER AND SURROUNDING AREAS BEER is an ideal centre from which to explore, and you will find much to see and do without having to travel great distances. Some more pictures of Beer SEATON ELECTRIC TRAMWAY will take you on a six mile trip through the picturesque valleys of the Axe and the Coly, and there are numerous thatched villages and towns of outstanding beauty, which are steeped in history. CRICKET ST. THOMAS is the perfect setting in which to spend a memorable day of wildlife discovery. This large historic estate is packed with interest amid surroundings of outstanding natural beauty.'s peace and tranquility, beautiful gardens, amusements for children and restaurant and bar facilities. Even closer to Beer are the BEER QUARRY CAVES - a vast man-made complex of lofty caverns. No holiday would be complete without a visit to BEER'S PECORAMA with its fascinating light railway to transport you through colourful gardens, exciting cuttings and a 60-yard tunnel to a wonderful vista across the valley. the model railway displays on show are a model-makers dream. BICTON PARK provides a fantastic fun day for the family. There's peace and tranquility, beautiful gardens, amusements for the children along with restaurant and bar facilities. There are many other attractions in the area too numerous to mention, suitable for all ages and interests. Each caravan has a separate room with toilet, wash basin and shower. A colour T.V., microwave and fridge are fitted as standard. Double and Single Duvets are supplied but visitors need to bring their own sheets , pillow cases and table linen.

Our caravans are Self-Catering and must be left clean and tidy.

Your dog is welcome (1 only please). The charge is £1.00 per day which must be sent with your deposit. Please ensure your dog is kept on a lead at all times and is not left alone in the caravan.

A number of long weekends are available early and late season please enquire. In these cases please send full payment when booking. The number of persons (including young children)must not exceed the number of berths in the caravan. We regret we cannot accept all male or all female groups.

CARAVANS are available from 2.00.p.m. on day of arrival. We ask that you vacate them at 10.30.a.m. on day of departure.

DEPOSIT: £45.00 PER WEEK. BALANCE: Two weeks in advance. Cheques payable to Mrs.J.SHELL.
